i wish they would post up some better pictures. i wanna know what the block looks like w/o the cover - is it more of core only block? and the fans are for the Sinking?

Yeah i would guess the air is for the ram.But like you said with better pic's we would know

No this can not be used without water cooling. THe GPU core is being cooled by water cooling, while the rest is being cooled off through the fan.

I think that means connect the hose that way.
