is there any software that i can use to increa my vcore and fsb from windows so i dont have to be shuting down my computer everytime i want to test a higger clock???

It's not advisable to do that, as it's not the most stable way of finding a rock solid OC. Just find your maximum stable OC via the BIOS and keep it there.

However if you're bent on doing it with software, there should've been some OC'ing software that came with your motherboard that should work for you.

ASUS and Gigabyte provide software to do this. What kind of motherboard do you have?

I've tried both and are really only effective at lower FSB, once you get to higher altitude the BIOS is where you want to make changes and do fine tuning
