Whats better??

DDRAM 256MB|32X64 PC-2100 MUSHKIN $69

CRUCIAL MICRON 256MB 32x64 PC 2100 DDR RAM $62

CORSAIR MEMORY 256MB PC2100 DDR RAM $77

Going to buy a AMD 1600 + and a dragon + mobo

It's not on your list but the CORSAIR MEMORY 256MB PC2400 CAS2 DDR RAM is under $70 shipped. It's guarantee for 150MHz CAS2, and the other rams from your choices have to take some chances. Some say the Crucial ram overclock very well but my friend got two and they weren't. Both rams at around 140MHz. I myself use Kingmax PC2700 DDR and they overclock at around 150 with maximum memory setting and close to 200MHz at default memory setting and it costs around $70. Non of these rams are very good for extreme overclocking, so buying only one stick and wait till something better comes along is a good idea. It would be easier making a choice if the Corsair 256MB PC2700 333 DDR-SDRAM is out.

I'd go with PC2400 Corsair from Spartan Technologies. It's unbuffered (non-registered), non-ECC, CL2 and guaranteed to 150mhz FSB. For $10 more it comes with snazzy black corsair heat spreaders on it! Click HERE!

donny_paycheck: That ram lloks good but the 256 cost 100 bucks :{
