i have oem with 3,6ns.
q 1. what do i use to check the voltage.

q 2. which bios do i flash my card with, there are 2 diff retaiil ones.

To test the voltage you need a multi-meter.you just put the multi-meter red probe on the part of the card used for ram voltage testing,and the black probe on the case/main-board.This can only be done with the computer turned on.If you don,t know what a multi-meter is,or where on the card you need to test don,t even attempt it.

As far as bios files go Pal for Aust ,France,Germany. the other one for the States and Japan. :)
