Had a bluetooth headset from them for awhile. Lost my charger somehow the past few weeks.

Called them up this morning. Nice guy answers the phone and i ask him if i can buy a new charger from them, he laughs and says "we don't sell those" I was like uhh... But then he said, just give me your mailing address and I'll have one there by the end of the week

Now thats customer service!!!!
