eeek, shipping is $9.50 for me (I am in Brooklyn NY). Kind of kills the deal, I guess I will wait and see what kind of brands people get.

I'll post back when I get mine. I might get it friday since Xoxide is only about an hour and a half from my school.

Many advanced members on this forum have been saying this over and over and over and over again....
so...
I'll say it over again:
You can skimp on all other parts in your system, but a PSU is NOT something to skimp on... unless you want to (quite literally) kill one or more parts in your system...
Hows a fried cpu, mobo, ram, and possibly hard drives sound?
Not good? Then don't skimp on your PSU.
If you're going to power an asbsolutely minimalist setup from the pentium 3 days then maybe they'd work, but anything modern will most likely fry on these.... if not in a day, then in a week, and if not in a month then in a year.
I'd rather post this mean post than browse through the forums and see threads like "my PSU fried my computer!".
A good way to judge the quality of a powersupply is its weight and its amperage rating... if you get this in the mail and its featherlight, i'd toss it before plugging it in to anything more than a few cpu fans...

^Do you know what PSUs are given out here? That's right you have no idea. While I wouldn't even think of using one of these PSUs to power my primary PC, these would be great as spares or backups. I am positive these will power way more than a Pentium III machine, I suggest waiting and seeing exactly what kind of brands they are shipping out before jumping to conclusions.

i may suggest that you email them and ask for more info before buying. As ancalime posted you dont know exactly what you are getting but hey you never know they might be decent.

I hope you didn't assume I was so ignorant as to buy one of these for my rig...
As I said in my first post they would be good for powering Fans/Pumps. I would hope no one uses these for a primary system.

It wasn't directed at you, it was directed at anyone looking at this and thinking it would be a great deal for their main system.

ROFL this deal would suck if you somehow got that powmax one lol
Sweet deal if you manage to get a TT case pull or antec pull but I really doubt this
from the picture showned the only one that seems decent is the OKIA

Well I guess I am lucky, as I got an OKIA pull.
OKIA-500ATX is the model.
I wish I had a digicam, I would throw up some pics of the innards of the PSU.
