hi'
I have benched my drives and it appears as vista said in it's performance stuff, my hdd aren't so fast.
I tried raid 0, 0+1, but it ain't satisfying, in a triple boot it's a nightmare :(
so, I was wondering which drive could boost my system a bit, except raptors ;)
my hdd's are in my sig ;)
the WD 320gb is the fastest ... and I boot on a 250gb(lilo with Xp, Vista, Linux, Free Bsd), and the maxtor is Linux and BSD ...

any advice welcome :)

You need Perp drives.... two in raid 0, and you should be happy with that. But be sure to put them on the ICH9R controller, not the Jmicron garbage.

hi'
I thought about, but with 4 OS's it's not simple :(
my recent bench told me that my grafic card hold the system ...
I'd better change for a 8600gts ... (financial limitation ..)

may be just a question of price ;)
