So, I ordered a bunch of watercooling supplies last week, and my package came in without the tubing. Well, that's understandable; companies make mistakes. So, I sent them a polite e-mail explaining the problem this weekend. 6 AM this morning, I check my e-mail, and they say they've sent me a replacement set of tubing. Wow... Their offices just opened for the week and already they've resolved the issue. They did it all without hassle, too. Simply amazing. Sidewinder is the best!
