my score right now is 5888 with 210/472 clock speeds. now, i check the online browser thing, and the chart says i am below my own card!?! i am 100% then another card, same chipset is at 111%(6484) could that be because my card is slower than that one? or am i missing something? thanx

btw, i love this damn card...such an improvement over my 2mx400...much more hardware support, great framerates (not blazing fast, but super super smooth)...mmm...thank you gainward, nvidia!! :)

dont forget to compare the other system specs cuz they will also influence the results a lot.

Without any overclocking my card scores 6700+ ,do you have v-sync disabled?

I take that as a no ,go into your video card properties and disable v-sync so your card is not limited to what your monitor can do.

k, vsync (under openGL options, right?) is disabled "off as default", i benchmarked again, got 5899. Currently, i have 5917 (212c/475m)...i'm tryin to install DX8.1...but 3dmark keeps saying i have dx8.0 installed...hrrmmmmmm

Perhaps the card may need some more cooling.

it should be in your hadware profile under system ,if its not enabled it really slows everything down ,I know the win9X versions did not enable it by default ,I am not sure about win 2k,just right click your my computer icon, select properties, then device manager and find your hdd and look around for the dma setting.

What about the cas 2.5 latency?????
I remember hearing somewhere were cas3 at a bus of 150 is slower than cas2 at bus of 133
that could be slowing you down a bit if its not at cas2
still something missing though it seems

yea, i think wiseman wildone (it is fitting :)) and i have tried alot...i mean, the card runs sweet...return to castle wolfenstein @ 1280x1024x32 on a big 19" monitor is quite...amazing i think is the term. it is just puzzling...right now, got my mem at 8-8-8-2-2-2-2 and my bus at 133...getting scores around 58XX with latest nvidia drivers....i'll toy with it abit tomorrow/today

Cool. I think I may know what it is
Is your harddrive formatted in fat32 or ntfs??? (i might be saying ntfs wrong, but you guys know what im talking about)
I formatted mine in nfts the other day, performance is reduced on sandra somewhat, also if you have smooth font thing on. That significantly reduces performance.
