No Lights behind the LAN Cards??

Umm.. I link 2 computers with a crossover cable and should there be a light on or not...

Mine doesn't have lights on so how can I solve that(Both are capable connect NET using LAN Cards)

next time buy a NIC with lights on it

Are you saying they have lights and they are not on or they just don't have any lights. I f it is the first hypoyosis then something is wrong physicaly bad cord, unseated NIC ect. if they just dont have lights it makes things harder.
