I am designing my next computer and trying to figure out what type of Heat Sink to put on a Tyan Tiger MP mobo. I read that swiftech states that their mcx462 will fit on any board that meets AMD's height requirements. Does anyone know if these heat sinks will fit?

If not, does anyone have any recommendations to what I should put on the machine? It is going to be acting as a quasi-server so noise is not a problem.

Thanks,

Garry

Nope. The tiger does not have the 4 mounting holes on the board that the Swiftech requires. The Tyan Thunder k7 will though. Use Thermalright SK6's with delta 50cfm 60mm fans. Great performance if noise is not a factor.
