wont restart after Radeon 8500

Any ideas why my PC wont restart after I installed this card? works fine with the AIW Ati card.It freezes went trying to shut down,I have to hit the reset button to get it to reboot.

Is your card seating in firmly? how about your ram or anything else... Did you flash the Bios of the video card?

May want to reset your bios (either via the jumper of removing the bios battery)... also be sure the agp settings are set to 2x or 4x.
