I just bought a Raptor 150gb hard drive, is their anyway that I can add another hard drive for raid? not a raptor, like a seagate 200gb? or they probably have to be the same.

Or can I run Os and Apps on raptor, and store files on the other? Would I have to do a stripe for this? would it work?

I'd not do that, the slower drive will dragging the fast Raptor to it's speed.

well I don't want to stripe them, I just want them both to run seperately and just put os and apps on the raptor, and then other files will be on the seperate drive.. Im not gnna take a slice..

There are no affects of one drive to another when set up as singles.
