i ALWAYS got a high reading of temp on BIOS, and lower on MBP, which leads to be a little bit confusing. Which one should i trust? I have a SY BX board. My bios reaing is usually around 40+ and once it loads into windows, it will drop down to 28~32, so there is a huge gap in between! just cannot figure out.

your temp prob should read the same in bios and in windows uses the same prob only difference is that windows loads up at first its a little hot let it idle for a bit and the temp drops if you want a best reading get a prob and put it next to the the core or mb chipset.
