Right now I have my lga775 oced from 3.0 to a 3.8 using 255 bus. I have a pair of ocz pc2 6400 1gig mem sticks I would like to oc, they are rated at 800mhz. I went into bios to look for the divider but I can only find the 533/667/800 and I assume thats it. Right now I have it set on 533/266 thinking this will give me a 4:1 ratio so 4x255=1020 but it didnt work like that I guess. I cant seem to break over 510mhz when I test my memory, the voltage is set to 2.20 volts. How Do I increase my mem, I dont get it . Is 800/400 in bios my 1:1 seting? Ive tried all 3 now 533/667/800 and they all show me at 510, do I need to increase my nb voltage? Pls help

well it seems that I have hit a brick wall. I cant overclock this memory anymore because I cant change the 1:1 ratio no matter what I do. I also cant lower my cpu multiplier because its locked so im not so sure what my options are as of right now. Im stuck at 510mhz for my memory and in order to increase it I will have to oc my bus which is already at 255 or 3.8ghz/

You didn't mention what motherboard you're using.
Some boards allow you to specifically tune the memory frequency in increments of 1 MHz.
If you don't see a place in your BIOS where you can actually control the memory frequency, then chances are you'll have to rely on pure FSB for overclocking.
But if you already went from 3.0 to 3.8 GHz, I would say just count your blessings..

All I can do is set it to 537/667/800 in my bios which is 266/333/400. No matter what setting its only I can never get past 400mhz. Sanda says my total mem mhz is 510
Im using fatal1ty f-i90hd
