I got a GTS in today and wanted to update to the drivers(released today) 163.75 for Win Vista 64 and I download them and I run the exe. it starts to unpack it and gives me a message saying ...the file is corrupt. Please re-download... So I re-downloaded from Nvidia again, same problem. I tried the download from Techpowerup, same problem. I had my buddy download them from nvidia to test and he had the same problem. I think Nvidia uploaded a corrupt Driver package. Back to betas for me.
