?cas2 ddr 512mb?

any one aware of any manufacturer that advertises 512MB of ddr cas2 memory? ive found 2.5 but no cas2 512MB sticks. correct me if im wrong . "you can change the latency in bios but it wont run with as much bandwidth" is this right?

Dosen't matter what the memory is rated at if it runs at cas 2 its just as good as memory rated cas 2.
Column address strobe is just a timing setting like 133fsb is to a cpu.
