View Full Version : TeamGroup RMA - Great Experience
I had an issue with some 6400 4-4-4-10 D9GMH and contacted Teamgroup via their forum. I spoke also via MSN with Harry Chen who assisted me.
The RMA was processed quickly and the DRAM sent via USPS, insured and with tracking.
All I can say is a good experience all around.

good to hear that Team has taken care of you. i had a couple guys contact me looking for help because they were having no luck getting RMA assistance and was able to get them in contact with Harry Chen though someone else.
i will keep it noted that the best route is through their forum. thanks for the tip and again, good to hear the experience went well for you :thup:
