Question about video in and editing solution to add to Radeon 7500

Would this be a good solution for my dilema as an add on card that keeps my cost low. I have a Radeon 7500, had a 64 DDR vivo which I sold, wish I kept it around, ohh well.

TV WONDER VE

I have a little boy who has just started walking, and I have been videotaping him on my camcoreder (not digital). I want to transfer this to my pc edit it and then burn to a cd for grandparents.

I was considering just buying a used if I can find Ragge Fury Pro vivo card to do this. After reading researching a bit more will the ATI TV Wonder VE work just as well??

Also whats diff between ATI TV Wonder VE and the ATI TV Wonder??

I am using XP Pro, I would prefer to use an ATI product as well.

My cousin has the TV Wonder VE and he has a ATI 8mb card.

It works great and he helps me breakdance and as well as him so he transfers and we visit forums and show our vids to get help, or such.
