EVGA Bios Settings?<><>>??

SOme setting im dont understand on my 680i Lt. Trying for MAXIMUm overclock.

HPET FUnction Enable or disable
Nvidia GPU Ex Enable or disable
Nforce SPP --> Nforce MCP 3x,4x,5x ?????
"" "" theres 2 of these settings.
SPP MCP Ref Clock Mhz 200????

Execute disable bit??? Enable of disable???
Limit CPUID MaxVal Enable or disable???

I've never fiddled with those...then again they have not prevented me from getting bench 4 GHz

on my 680i A1
I disable all cpu settings, altho not sure if it matters to be honest
nvidia gpu ex enabled
I leave everything at 5x and 200mhz
