Need help networking!!

Yea i networked two computers, one win 2kpro and the other winxp pro. I can access the win xp from the win2kpro but when i try accessing the win2k comp from the win xp comp it asks for a password. How can i disable this?

Trying to remember: I think it has to do with local user accounts: make a user account on the win2K machine that matches username/password on the other one.

I think that should do it. Reply so I know if my brain is still working!

Yea but the other comp doesnt use a password

create an account on the win2k machine that is the same as the account you log on to winxp machine with. if you do not use a password on the winxp leave the password blank on the account on the win2k machine.

easiest would be to enable the guest account, but remember to add a password. If you don't, you could leave it open for somebody to get in.
