I would buy one if I could, so instead I'm sharing with the rest of you since I can't. :)
edit: updated stock
In for one, now I have to cancel my BB backorder
That was unusual, I had to verify the order by clicking a link, then they call and give me a number which I enter into the website. It was kind of crazy, my phone started ringing before the page even loaded when I clicked the Verification link.
Yep, NCIX does this on their high end orders to make sure it's verified (zzf does this sometimes too it's just not automatic).

$13 for shipping that is terrible...Still less then the BB deal I could get here (If they were even in stock which they are not lol)
that means it's $261, which is basically the same or less than the BB deal after tax, plus its in stock and cheaper than everywhere else. Would have cost me a little over $20 in tax at best buy, making it around $270 there IF I had picked one up. This deal is better but it's OEM so you don't get a game or software, or cables, just the card.

Well bit the bullet, now time to sell my 7900GT as soon as I get this. I am justifying this purchase by selling off the 7900 and that I didn't buy a single thing on Black Friday lmao.

man, so many deals, so little money, spent about 450+ in the past 2 weeks along, totally should spend more. Have to save up for a trip to disney next year.

Galaxy?
40 left according to their stock counter.
Galaxy is new to the Nvidia OEM scene as far as I can tell. According to the ncix reviews they run a little hotter than the others, but at the same speed. Little aftermarket cooling would do ya good.

So $250 + shipping for a card with no warrenty?
Has waranty through ncix, but other than that yes that is all you get. If you don't mind waiting for a card you should jump on the Dell deal instead (but it may take 2-6 weeks before you get the card).
