How far should I go on stock cooling?

I have been overclocking the rig in the sig over the past couple days. I am just over 3GHz now and my temps are 28C and about 50C load. I'm just wondering how far I should try with the stock cooler?

Whoops I meant to type 50 at load lol I made it right. Also, what is the max vcore I should be going for?
