major voltage problems, please help

asus pc probe2 is showing a lot of warnings but i dont know why, im not overclocking at the moment but some of voltages are showing over 4 volts, i have no idea how to fix it
my spec is....
asus commando (latest bios)
e6750 cpu
gto x800 graphics card
2 x 1gb kingston ddr2 667mhz
200gb sata hdd
asus silent knight cpu fan

any help would be much appreciated

what psu are you using?

the one that came with my xblade case (450w) made by winpower.
if i restart pc it goes away for a while then the warnings come back
as im typing the only warning i have is fsb termination @ 1.41v
