What should I use to monitor the cpu temps on this board?
It's not in MotherBoard Monitor's list of supported mobos.

The author of MBM gave up on it a while ago, Ned, and it hasn't been updated in well over a year. You can try Speedfan and see how it does with your board. My experience with Speedfan has been both good and bad in the past. And like nio said, Core Temp is an accurate way to get your processor temp readings. Finally, you might try the Gigabyte app included on the CD that came with your board too.

Well, all that CoreTemp did was reboot my computer - without my permission.

Well, that one works.
Thanks.It shows temps 5C to 11C higher than the Gigabyte EasyTune software shows.
The Easy Tune only shows one temp for the whole chip.

Speed Fan shows about 8C lower than the gigabyte software. And, unlike CoreTemp, it shows all cores being the same temp.

I use System Information Viewer, have done for years but very few other seem to use it.
On the main page look to the right, it shows each core and it's temp. If you click on sensors it will give you the motherboard temp, disregard the really high reading for one sensor here.
