I just got me new XP1700+ and I flashed my Bios on my MSI K7T Turbo to V3.2. I used to use the special overclockers Bios. Needed the new BIOS for XP CPU support. Well anyways, now my CPU won't cool down anymore. Even with Vcool. Help!!!! Don't want to be frying eggs with my Athlon XP for christmas!
Make sure vcool is in the tray. If it is not then execute it. Vcool can of course be loaded into the win.ini file for automatic execution. Make sure NB cool bit is checked. Open options and make sure that Cool bit is checked. I use this program as well as I do not like my chip idling at high temps or high temps when I'm just surfing.
