Do internet retailers like NewEgg, ClubIT, ZipZoomFly, etc. ship to Canada and Europe?

If not how do you take advantage of the cheap prices electronic/computer stuff is sold in the USA?

Looks to me that the UK is paying the same in pounds as we are in dollars for the same item i.e. it is twice as expensive in the UK as it is here in the USA.

Is there a shipping service that can relay your purchase or is one needed.

...No.

The reason the US is cheaper is becuase most states don't pay tax or the amount of tax is low.

Every 1GBP(£) Will get you around 2USD($)

Let's take a GO Q6600, ~$300 at ClubIT, ~£163 at SCAN.co.uk

$300 = £150
£163 = $326

So that's what.. a £13 saving?

Then you've got to factor shipping overseas, import taxes, handling charges.

It isn't worth trying.

1$ does not equal 1£, It doesn't work like that.

Understand. Thought you were paying more for the same product than we were.

How much is VAT on a 163£ purchase?

Our state taxes can go as high as 8%, however you only pay taxes on internet goods if company has an office in your state, so for the most part, all internet purchases are tax free, no matter what the cost.
