I'm not sure which one to purchase. I'm looking for a video card under $150. I'm not a gamer. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I'm not a gamer.
I'd just get a 7600GS, should be cheaper.

If I go with the HD 3850, which brand should I get? There are HIS, Visiontek and Powercolor in stock.
Thanks.
