the morgan core durons start at 1ghz correct?

Just that quick question! the morgan core is 1ghz and up correct? I am goign to order a 1.0ghz duron from newegg for 55bucks and I want to make sure it is a morgan core and not old school core.

the cpu database has a spot for duron 1ghz and morgan 1ghz. now I know that only the morgans are real so why is there a non-morgan area for cpu speeds?

how high will the 1ghz duron go?

If that's so how can I differentiate between a 900mhz Spitfire and a 900mhz Morgan?

I believe by date or best is to look at teh core since they are different dimensions.

they look the same see the pics on the amdmb.com reviews of cpus it is the 1ghz duron that shows the other cores. I would just get a 1ghz to be safe.

Can't afford either just yet, but I'm keeping an eye on prices semi-locally and the Duron 900 is dropping bit by bit. Maybe by the time I'm in a position to get all the parts at once the 1.1G will be at my price point.

yeah with teh tbirds going away and the 1.67XP aka 2000 out I believe prices will drop again on/after jan 14th!
