HIS version is in stock at ncixus.com for $220 right now. You pay a little for shipping since its from Canada, but it's relatively good deal. Be careful that if you are not quick you may be put on backorder and still charged, one of the downsides of ncix.

Frys has the Diamond 3870 for $229.99 and then you also get a $20 mail in rebate. I bought it and did in store pickup, the in store price is $279.99... they only had one in stock though (in the back, had to ask) and I grabbed it and then ordered it online from within the store and walked out 5 min later.

Keep an eye on ncixus.com. You have to wait in line, but they are shipping Diamond and HIS orders weekly. Check their forums to see what they expect to get in stock and then preorder which brand you want. You will end up waiting about 1 to 1.5 weeks before they ship whatever you order, but it's a surefire way to get one for about $240 (shipped to the USA after shipping+insurance).

I didn't cancel mine. I got the $50 paypal thing too, so I don't mind waiting. Especially when everywhere else they're a ripoff.

Me three. I called Dell on friday and they said they should be getting their shipment in early this week so we should have it before the 10th (including shipping time).

Call them up and ask about it so they can "expedite" your order. No clue if that actually does anything, but what the heck right? I just said I was thinking about canceling my order as it was taking so long.

I'm in no rush so I'm just waiting.
