i am looking at hsf and i wan to know of peoples expireinces w/ the OZC Gladiator hsf and SK-6 w/ a delta fan. ( http://www.webuildpcs.com/subcatmfgprod.asp?0=231&1=232&2=-1 ) i am looking a little at noise they make but that isnt a huge isssue just between the 2 most coolonmg, they have review links for them both( you have to go to the SK-6 hs product for that review) in the link for the roduct
also i was wondering how easyly you can hook up and adapter (80 or 92mm to 60mm) to the SK-6 w/ those weird clippy things goiin on thanks!:D

Hi SeigeAkicksass, welcome to the Forum,
I'm using a SK6 with a Delta50Cfm @7v (60x60x35mm) on a XP1700+ @1.6Ghz 1.8v with a max temp of 36-37 degree C, coz the noise of the fan @12v isn't tollerable, it's absolutly Noisy!!!
I hope it helps you ;)

The SK6 is going to give you higher performance at similar noise levels.
"Those Clippy Things" can be used to mount a 60 to 80MM fanadapter *somehow*. Be creative, use your engineering skills. Those 4 motherboard mounting holes are a good place to start. Even if the fan/80->60 funnel isn't directly mounted to the heatsink, it could just hover a millimeter or two above it and get a similar effect. BUT if you use an 80 MM fan you need to use one with 50+ CFM to get the same effect as a 40 CFM 60 MM fan, just a word of warning.

i reckon the sk6 would give you better performance levels. it's such a sweeeet heatsink!!
