XP ProSP2 Filetypes & icons change?

So i did a defrag and chkdsk to make sure my system was in good shape.

when ir eboot all these icons for HTML files turn into the IE shortcut logo, ive tried using tweakxp but that came up empty. i think i saw an easy fix on here to do it, but im not sure what other filetypes and icons were changed in that process, so if anyone could give me some hints on how to revert them to their original icons thatd be helpful and id be greatful!
as i have not experienced this issue quite before.

You could right click on the short cut and select properties then choose the program that was used for it previous

well it opens properly with the program, but the icons seem to change alot now for some reason. is there a reason why that is?
