overclocking of Intel DG33FBC

i am planning to get a new board for my core 2 quad Q6600

i have a few questions regarding the intel DG33FBC motherboard:
1) can it be overclocked?
2) can anybody review its performance?

also i have another option of getting a ASUS P5GC-MX board

is it better than the dg33fbc?

any kind of help will be appreciated
