Picking out the mobo for a new pc is always the hardest part for and can take me days, or weeks to settle on a purchase. I just need someone to point me in the right direction with the specifications i'd like.

the setup i'll be using is an E6750, 4x1gb of crucial ballistix, and an 8600GTS (i'll be upgrading in the future, not so important right now)

price range: below $250 (preferably below $200)
going to be doing some casual overclocking (nothing extreme, just some easy FSB boosts)
needs PCI slots that won't be covered by my card
SLI not needed
preferably 2 network ports
good onboard audio
needs a number of USB ports (6+)

i'll be glad to answer any questions and thanks in advance for any help i get.
