This is sort of a newb questions, but will PC133 memory work in a PC100 slot?

pc133 in pc100 slot

Yes, it will work. That is what I'm doing, except in a pc66 slot 
It just won't work to the 133 bus speed as the RAM is capable of. But, yes, it will work. RAM is dirt cheep lately. Take advantage of it. I did.

thanks cause my old ram is going into my older brothers computer and i am going to get some new stuff.

Yeah, new RAM is the way to go. Dirt cheep, these days, dirt cheep.
