I'm planning on picking up an ATI Radeon 3870 in the next week or two, and i don't want to have to buy a full coverage block, so I plan to use my Maze 4. What else on the board do I need to cool, or is there some product like the D-Tek 8800 uni-sink for the 3000 series?

I'd just pick up some BGA sinks like the swiftech ones - maybe with some cheaper ones for other ICs besides memory. When you get the card you can just put heatsinks wherever there are contact points on the heatsink and then gauge other chips by touch after your rig is setup. I'd think that the VRM circuitry may be the only thing to add sinks to besides the memory (strips of old cut up AMD box type heatsinks wouldn't be a bad choice).
