Vista Help Drop and Drag

Ok I got Vista and have had it for over a yr and love it but somehow my drop and drag got turned off and I cant seem to figure out how or where it is to resolve this issue. Can some one tell me how to re enable drop and drag, thanks in advance. I feel stupid as I know ive seen it somewhere but cant for the life of me find it.

right click on your start button and click properites, go to the start menu tabl and click on Customize, next screen put check mark in "enabel context menus and dragging and dropping" then OK then Apply
