startech hsf thoughts

I recently got a startech hsf combo since my old thermaltake mini super orb would not fit on my a7v266-e.The startechs only got a 60mm fan that pumps 20cfm.I'm wondering how much of an effect would a delta 60mm 38cfm make.I will also be adding silver thermal grease tommorow :). Here's a pic:

This looks like a PEP66 knock-off. Does it have the copper inlay in the base?

I'd say a Delta 38 will probably give you a couple degrees worth of better performance, but it will come at the cost of noise.
