Ok... I just got done building a watercooling setup for my comp... but... my temps at idle are 14 C... Full load is a totally different story... I ran cpu burn and the temp jumped to 70 C!!!!!! Could it be that the waterblock isn't seated right or what...
Oh and as soon as I saw that I shut down cpu burn and shut down the comp... Just in case... wouldn't it have fried?

Yes that is bad. Sounds like a bad mounting. This a homebrew waterblock or commercial?

Hmm... Are you using pelts? You can't even get close to that idle temp. without pelts (unless you ambient temp. is less than 14c). I think that you have a bad temperature sensor, but I wouldn't assume that the temp. is good under load, either. The first thing I'd do is check for proper seating and good waterflow.
Is that your P3@1000 Slot in your sig?
In the video from Tom's Hardware Guide, their P3 socket only got to 38C without a heat sink at all, That's why I'm asking. (I just rewatched the famous cooking Athlon video)
If it's an Athlon, It's not a good temp but survivable.

Ok... Fixed it today... I just remade the waterblock... aluminum is cheap enough so I planned ahead and got some extra... this rig is homemade... my temps are now 4 C idle and 17 C full load... I'm using ice cubes to give it a little kick every now and then;) Cheating I'm sure... but effective... plus I don't have a radiator yet.... can't find one:( Junk yard isn't any help cause they're closed for god only knows how long:mad: Using a 250 GPH pump from the local petshop (Forgot the name and I can't find the box:beer: ) 3/8 tubing and fittings and of course my homemade waterblock:D Working great now:p
Excellent temps, congratulations.

14C is higher than 30F :) 30F is -2C or so.
EDIT
He also might have his radiator in a mini fridge.

He's dropping icecubes in the reservoir. I'd watch out for the temp fluctuations though, not sure what will happen when it heats up and cools down that quickly. Good job btw RainMaQer, 65$ fer water cooling? That's awesome.

Sorry... no way to get pics right yet... the first block I made had absolutely no way to mount... so I redid it with four holes and put bolts through:p Well... the final cost also went up today... I bought a transmission fluid cooler (small radiator)... $30 (got some fans too) No more ice cubes  But my temps are still low... 24 C idle and 31 C full load... MB temp is 29 C... A lot better than it was with air cooling... nearly a 20 degree difference:D
Here's an idea of the block:
