My 360 Arcade Games Keep Asking To Be Unlocked

On my 1st 360 I have 6 arcade games I purchased the full versions but I had to send off my console for repair for a 2nd time in 10 months. They couldn't fix the original purchased console so they sent me a new one anyways I just plugged in my 20GB HDD and was away playing Forza 2 and others.

Anyways I went to play a game on Streets Of Rage 2 and it asks for me to unlock the full game I redownloaded the full game thinking that would help but it dont. All 6 games ask the same thing I was wondering should I format the HDD (have to enter console serial ect) and thinking that might work.

not positive on specifics as i just got my 360 and haven't played any full versions yet but my guess would be:

(1) recover your old gamertag (you've probably already done that)
(2) call M$ and offer your firstborn to get your 6 arcade games back.... this might only get you 4 so you might have to offer up your first 2 children so you can get 6 games and maybe a movie in the deal... but not a HD movie... just a normal one.

Not here they are totally scripted and from India.

I've called them 2x and got an Indian guy once, told him I wouldn't speak to him and asked to speak to an American and got some guy that sounded like he was from Texas.

Well 5 of my games are back to normal don't know if doing the following helped...

1) Delete my gamertag and recover it again.
2) Deleted all the dodgy games and redownloaded them via XBOX Marketplace >> Account Management >> Download History >> download each game.

The 2 where given to me buy an Indian rep who the 2nd call back spoke very good english but the 1st call couldn't understand him 1 bit. Anyways it seems the games that are effected are Sonic 1 and Street of Rage 2 I have to re-downloaded the game and it gets rid of the Unlock Full game thing for that session.

It seems to download what takes 1 sec to enable it probably the unlock key thats because the game is still on my hard drive. I tell you thou when I ring back tommorrow trying to get them to understand and I tell them in short "How can I stop it from asking me to unlock the full game even thou I purchased it fully".

I even said can't you go into my profile and change the key or DRM or anything to enable it for this new console they never answered me.
