I just found a great combination of a litestep (www.litestep.com) theme and background picture and I thought I'd spread the love. Also, it's been a little while since I've seen one of these threads.

For those who don't know, Litestep is a shell that changes the way that the windows desktop looks and functions. It lets you download or create themes, and while it can be a little complex, it's very much worth it, IMHO.
