TNT2 Pro & FSB speeds

I got the TNT2 Pro card, its from ELSA, & installed on my Duron, my comp won't start at 140 FSB, I suspect its the generic RAM (a POS)... But what can u tell me of those GPUs & cards, can they do 70MHz on the AGP, I think so???

I would consider the RAM being the culprit first. At 1x AGP I would not think it was the video card.
