stressed my cpu?

Hey guys, i just installed my cpu lastnite, and set SiSoft burns in my cpu.....then i felt to sleep by accident, and when i woke up, SiSoft have put 384 loops on my cpu!!!
did i damaged my cpu?:(

If your machine still runs, then you didn't damage it, if anything, it may even give you a little more speed now:burn:

WEll, as long as your temps didn't go rocket man high your cpu should be fine.

I've run Folding at home which generates 100% cpu load for weeks at a time and my cpu has no problems. But it's got an excellent cooler on it.
