I picked up the 2 gig version, refurb.

My wife LOVED it.
I don't use software to put files on it; she makes a list and i use explorer to open the files and copy.
I pulled a couple of VIdeos off YouTube and put them on there too.
Mine has the microSD expansion - I'm buying a few and having each hold a specific playlist.
