I'm thinking of buying a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 revision 1.0 second hand, what are some of the differences between this and the latest 3.3 revision? Does the older rev's overclock less? (I'm planning to use this with a low end core2 of pentium dc)

So far from reading the Gigabyte website, the only things that's changed are the sound chip, gigabit lan, and support for certain top end intel extreme processors. I just want a basic 965P board that can do 400fsb easy, will the rev 1.0 be ok?
