please help

not sure what happen but my motherboard will not post anymore?
it was work'in fine and i was tieing all the wires back out of the way
got done started the system and nothing? tryed the cmos and another
psu but no go? anyways the board was a asus p5n-e sli and i found
this board (ASUS P5NSLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI Intel Edition ATX Intel Motherboard ) .the only thing i'm not sure of is the 570 cause the one
i had was a 650. so will this be a good o/cing board or should i go for
something else? i need to keep cost down cause i'm only working part time
right now and with xmas coming .i'm sure you no how it is...

ps the power come's on and the harddrive sound's off but no screen or post.
tryed taking out the memory and changing it and still no go.i put the cpu in the board i'm using now and it works memory works.have no way of checking
the video card cause that one is pci-e and this board is apg.

I don't have it but most of the P35 boards are suppose to be good.
