Guys, I'm trying to install this 1.4 patch but for some reason it say's " can not find install folder".

any ideas.

I put it in the BF2142 program folder and still not luck. I even tried to DL a second time too.

Did you download the BF2 1.4 patch by accident? I almost did..

its the v1.41 patch actually.

Yep, I think you downloaded BF2 1.41 patch. I think 2142 is still on 1.4.

edit: Oh I thought you were the original poster.. Anyway, I started downloading the BF2 1.41 patch for my 2142 by accident.. Noticed it about halfway through the download that I had the wrong one..
