Hello everyone.
I have recently built and overclocked my first comp. I am now at a point where I think that heat is limiting any further oc'ing. I have seen and read about a number of systems using watercooling with peltiers to bring the temps down.
I do not want to take it that far though. I was wondering if anyone has experience with utilizing a peltier with air cooling. I understand that I will not see the same cooling effect. However, there should be somewhat of a decease in core temp...right.
Using the Radiate program, I calculated that my system currently produces 124W. My C/W Rating is about 0.24.
My case (OCZ Implosion FT-700) has the following fans:
2 120mm fans intake on side (currently only one running)
2 80mm fans intake in front
1 120mm fan exhaust on side at top (not running)
2 80mm fans exhaust on back at top
+dual exhaust fans from Enermax 430W PSU
