Both the rear 120mm exhaust fan and front 120mm intake fan have a yellow wire pin connection. Does this attach to your psu or the motherboard aka sys fan1 or sys fan2?

The yellow wire (assuming it's on a separate 3 pin connector) allows for RPM monitoring via the motherboard, so yes you can connect it to the sys fan headers.

YEP! Those fans suck a little more juice than the typical fans so TT just powered them Direct and split the tach wire so you can monitor them. What sucks is they run full blast.
