I bought a ATI Radeon 9600XT years back when they had that ATI Steam Bundle with Half-Life Counter-Strike Source and the other stuff. But my friend took the account name so im getting it back sometime this week when he picks up his phone. Now im curious i just recently bought The Orange Box and am wondering is there any way i can redo something so i can get all the steam games together? Like somehow combine the accounts or reset the key code so i can combine them? I cant find anything to help me on the steam support site so if anyone knows please post some url's so im not lost all the time. Thanks

ThanksIf you mean you want to get your Steam account back, easy as long as you have proof its yours. You will need the cd-keys and possibly the receipt. Open up a ticket with their support and they will be able to assist you.

yes or move the old account to the orange box account. im trying to open a ticket with steam but there system is oddly retarded and i dont exactly know whats going on...

if u already made the new account with orange box you can't merge the old account to it =| they dont allow that. if you didnt register the orange box you can get your old account back and then add orange box to it.

well i purchased the orange box like in november so it hasnt been 90 days yet, and it says that i can reset the cd-key with a picture and all that stuff. maybe theyll do that? lol i really hate how they have there system set-up so many restrictions :confused: gah!

They are there so people can't easily steal accounts ;)

ya your right. i really hope i can get this to work cause i really liked playing CSS with friends and half life 2 deathmatch *sigh* theres been no update yet for my ticket. I wish there was an easier way to contact them as well...how long would you say on average it takes for them to respond to an e-mail?
